30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase one of our eligible online courses and decide that it is not the right fit for you and your Labrador, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We want you to have enough time to explore the course, try the training and decide whether it works for you and your dog.
Refund Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The refund must be requested by the original purchaser.
- The guarantee applies to eligible online course purchases only.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Payment Processing Fees
PayPal and Stripe charge payment-processing fees when a purchase is made. These fees are not returned to us when we issue a refund.
For this reason, refunds issued under our 30-day money-back guarantee will be for the amount you paid minus the payment-processing fees retained by PayPal or Stripe.
This deducted amount is not kept by us. It covers the transaction fees that were charged by the payment provider when your original payment was processed and that are not refunded to us when we return your payment.
Course Workbooks
Course workbooks are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee and are non-refundable.
Our workbooks are downloadable digital products that can be accessed and retained immediately after purchase. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for workbook purchases.
If your purchase includes both an eligible online course and a workbook, the refund will apply to the course portion only. Any payment-processing fees retained by PayPal or Stripe will also be deducted from the refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email info@labradorretrieveracademy.com and include:
- your full name,
- the email address used for your purchase,
- and the course you would like refunded.
Once we have confirmed that your request meets the conditions above, we will process the refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card provider, PayPal or Stripe.
Refund Abuse
Our guarantee is intended to give customers the confidence to genuinely try our training without feeling that their purchase is a risk.
We therefore reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of abuse of the refund policy. This may include, for example, repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests, attempts to obtain or retain paid content without payment, or suspected unauthorized use, copying or distribution of course materials.
We aim to handle every refund request fairly, reasonably and respectfully.
